Privacy notice

What is collected

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. ProfitPilot receives the contact and fulfillment information Stripe makes available, plus the build link, requested journey, and delivery details you provide. Test artifacts can include device recordings and issue notes from the supplied build.

Why it is used

Information is used only to validate intake, perform the purchased QA pilot, deliver the evidence pack, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain legally required transaction records.

Data minimization

Do not send production secrets, real customer data, payment-card data, health data, or other sensitive personal information. Provide test credentials and synthetic data. Supplied builds and test artifacts are removed from active working storage within 30 days after delivery unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Sharing

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data needed to host the page and deliver the service. Information is not sold.

Requests

For access or deletion questions, contact profitpilot@snoaper.uk. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
