Plain terms
When does the 48-hour clock start?
After payment, a valid installable build, the selected core journey, and permission to test are all available. If intake is incomplete, the clock has not started.
What if the build cannot be installed?
You will be asked for one replacement build. If a usable build is not supplied within seven days, the pilot is cancelled and refunded.
What is the refund rule?
Full refund before testing begins. Once device testing begins, the work is non-refundable and the evidence produced will be delivered.
Is this a security audit?
No. ReleaseProof is focused functional and usability QA on one real device. It is not penetration testing, compliance certification, or a substitute for a full device lab.
